Houston, I've Landed

 En route to Phoenix, with a stop in my fav layover city, Houston.

 

Foggy Beach Day

 Apparently my favorite beach days are those that are foggy and mystical with the tide coming in and large troughs along the shore that let you walk knee-deep in ocean water while having the crashing waves at eye level. Days with fog that make you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself and like there's something exciting on the other side of that haze and it makes you wish you were a sea captain so you could haul anchor and disappear into the mist into parts of the ocean uncharted.

 

Rock Adventuring

Everytime Mike and I drive to our beach, we pass this rock and I am always super curious about it. Today we stopped and checked it out. Turns out it's a glacial rock, donated to and then from a museum. Pretty cool.

 

New Robot Friend

I ordered this cute little robot necklace. Her name is Zoe :)

 

Perfect Lighting

 Our backyard is gorgeous. Simply gorgeous. This is our tree, with no effects except Mother Nature.
